Sunday’s traverse of the Pinnacles was swapped out to a circuit of the Pinnacles, which after 12+ hours of hiking and exploring I was very happy to not worry about a car shuffle. It did however, mean more rock hopping than I was expecting.
When looking back, the creek line seemed quite chaotic. At every bend and every rock scramble, the creek changed with dramatic riverscapes and unexpected formations.
Lovely to finish the hike with views to one of my favourite peaks in the area, Fred’s.
